There are two Sullivan families that enter this network of families, both living in the Pittsburgh, PA, area at one time. Because of differing arrival dates, if there is any connection between the families it would have to have been in Ireland, but there is no connection known at the moment.

The earliest known member of this family is Patrick Sullivan. This linked family enters the mix with the marriage of Tom Sullivan to Mary Eileen Hurley
