Albinas was born in Lithuania in 1893, and emigrated to the United States in 1913, where he married Anna Prasauskas.

Initially, he was the proprietor of a Cigar Store in Waterbury, and later he purchased a farm in Watertown, Connecticut.

He and Anna had 6 Children; Anna (1920), Edward (1923), Albina (1925), Florence, Lillian (Rita Lillian - 1930), and Alvera (1933).

Albinas lived long enough to attend the marriages of several of his grandchildren and was a formal "Presenter of the Gifts" at the wedding of his granddaughter, Nancy, along with Marguerite Brierton and Myrtle Kappert.

Albinas died in about 1980.
